The Weekend

It’s nearing the weekend now and we are working like crazy to make everything ready for our guests. The wines have arrived and we are busy double checking the bookings to make sure we have enough of everything while our executive chef Ian is in the kitchen giving the guys their weekly run through; everything has to be right, that’s the only way we can reach the standards we need to reach.

It’s funny because Italian food is all about simple flavours and great ingredients matched well but while it’s easy to make Italian food it’s very hard to make it exceptional and that is always our mission – week in and week out.

Anyway I have some wine to refrigerate so I’ll leave you for now…
