Et Alia Italian restaurant in Liverpool was founded by a consortium of local business people with a universal vision to create a restaurant that south Liverpool could be proud of. It was agreed that a neighbourhood feel was needed for the new venture that would appeal to both the local population and visitors to the area.
In November 2013, the corner of Aigburth Road and Mersey Road underwent an extensive transformation into the highly anticipated Et Alia. Since opening, Et Alia has been overwhelmed with the local support of the restaurant, having quickly been established as the number one destination on south Liverpool’s culinary map. We continue to drive the vision and create what you see as Et Alia today – a stylish, contemporary Italian restaurant steeped in a warm, welcoming friendly nature that aims to bring people together to share the most delicious, authentic and flavoursome Italian food.
